Welcome to ZenBaller. By registering, purchasing tickets, or participating in any ZenBaller event or tournament, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. About ZenBaller

 

ZenBaller organizes skill-based football tournaments, sports events, and entertainment activities. Participation is voluntary and subject to eligibility criteria defined by ZenBaller.

 

2. Eligibility

•Participants must meet the age and fitness requirements specified for each event.

•ZenBaller reserves the right to deny participation if rules or conduct standards are violated.

 

3. Registration & Payments

•All registrations and ticket purchases must be completed online through approved payment gateways.

•Entry fees are valid only for the selected event, date, and slot.

•Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

 

4. Event Rules & Conduct

•Participants must follow the event rules communicated before or during the event.

•Any form of misconduct, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification without refund.

 

5. Event Changes

•ZenBaller reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or formats due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety issues, or operational reasons.

 

6. Liability

•ZenBaller is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during events.

•Participants take part at their own risk.

 

7. Intellectual Property

•All content, branding, logos, and media related to ZenBaller are the property of ZenBaller and may not be used without permission.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
• Age of players
• Skill level of players

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Attend events
• Mailing list
• Website access
• Partner offers and promotions

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Google analytics and web marketing tools – we use website analytics to understand our audience

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide services, provide you with relevant offers from third parties and manage event attendance.

Your information is securely stored. 

 We keep the information you share with us for 5 years. We will request to keep your data if you are an active user or event attendee. We will dispose of your data after 5 years if we do not have contact with you via the website or event attendance.
