2. Media Release & Content Usage
By registering for or attending a ZenBaller event, you grant ZenBaller and its partners, sponsors, and affiliates the right to:
•Photograph, film, and record you during the event.
•Use your image, voice, or likeness in photos, videos, advertisements, promotional materials, social media, websites, and other media formats.
You acknowledge and agree that:
•The content may be edited, modified, and shared publicly.
•You will not have control over how the content is used.
•You will not receive any financial compensation for appearing in such media.
•All rights to the media content belong to ZenBaller and its partners, and you waive any claims against them for its usage.
This permission is granted worldwide and indefinitely.

3. Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering and participating in a ZenBaller event, you understand that:
•Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, or physical harm.
•You are participating voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that:
•ZenBaller, its organizers, staff, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or medical conditions arising during or after the event.
•You waive any right to make claims, demands, or legal actions against ZenBaller or its associated parties.
•You confirm that you are physically fit and do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

•Participants must follow all event rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by ZenBaller.
•ZenBaller reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of rules without refund.
