ZenBaller ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in accordance with applicable Indian laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Identity & contact: Full name, age, email, WhatsApp / phone number, city, Instagram handle.
- ID proof: Government or college ID photo/scan uploaded during registration, used only for age verification and event entry.
- Payment data: Transaction ID and amount. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or bank credentials — these are handled by our payment partner (Paytm / Razorpay).
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, via Google Analytics & similar tools.
- Event media: Photographs and video footage captured at our events, which may feature you.
2. How we collect it
Directly from you when you register for an event, fill out a form, email us or interact with us on WhatsApp. Indirectly via cookies and analytics tools on our website.
3. Why we use it
- To process your registration and deliver event tickets via WhatsApp.
- To verify age and identity at the venue.
- To send match schedules, results and event updates.
- To enable scouts, partners and media to identify talent — with consent.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
- To improve our website, events and marketing.
4. Media consent
By participating, you consent to ZenBaller capturing and publishing your match footage, highlights and photographs across social media, YouTube, website and marketing material. You may withdraw consent in writing; we will remove uploaded content where feasible.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with:
- Payment processors (Paytm / Razorpay) for transaction processing.
- WhatsApp Business API providers (for ticket delivery).
- Google Workspace (for our internal records & automation).
- Law enforcement, when legally compelled.
6. Retention
We retain your data for up to 5 years after your last event or interaction. ID proof images are deleted within 90 days of the event unless legally required to retain them.
7. Your rights
- Access — get a copy of your data.
- Correction — fix inaccuracies.
- Erasure — request deletion.
- Restriction — limit how we use it.
- Withdrawal of consent — opt out of marketing, media use, or data processing.

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS, access controls, encrypted storage. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
10. Children
Our events are for 16+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect any revision. Material changes will be communicated via email/WhatsApp to registered users.
