Welcome to ZenBaller. By registering, purchasing a slot, or participating in any ZenBaller event, you ("Participant") agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. About us
ZenBaller organises skill-based 1v1 football tournaments and related events in Chennai and across India. Participation is voluntary and subject to the eligibility rules defined for each event.
2. Eligibility
- Minimum age: 16 years. Participants under 18 require written parent/guardian consent.
- Valid government or college ID proof is mandatory — uploaded during registration and verified at the venue.
- Participants must be medically fit. You are solely responsible for disclosing any health conditions.
- ZenBaller reserves the right to deny participation if rules or conduct standards are violated.
3. Registration & payment
- Entry fee is ₹200 per player for Season 2.
- All registrations are processed via our approved payment gateway (Paytm / Razorpay).
- Slot is confirmed only upon successful payment and ticket delivery to your WhatsApp.
- One WhatsApp number can register only one slot. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations will be cancelled without refund.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
4. Code of conduct
- Respect referees, organisers, opponents and crowd.
- No abuse, violence, cheating, match-fixing, doping, or discriminatory behaviour.
- No use of tobacco, alcohol or drugs on venue premises.
- Violation = immediate disqualification without refund, and possible ban from future events.
5. Event changes
ZenBaller may modify schedule, venue, format, or cancel the event due to weather, force majeure, safety concerns or operational reasons. Affected participants will be notified via WhatsApp/email and handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Liability & risk
Football involves physical contact and inherent risk of injury. By registering you acknowledge that:
- You participate at your own risk.
- ZenBaller, its organisers, sponsors and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, theft or damage to person or property during travel to, from, or at the event.
- You are encouraged to carry personal health/accident insurance.
7. Media & image rights
Participants grant ZenBaller a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to capture, reproduce and publish photographs and video recordings from the event, including for marketing, social media and broadcast.
8. Prizes
- Prizes are as announced per event. Cash prizes are subject to applicable TDS and taxes, deducted at source.
- Winners must provide valid PAN and bank details for payout.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
9. Intellectual property
All ZenBaller branding, logos, format, rules, content and media are the exclusive property of ZenBaller. No commercial use without written permission.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
