ZenBaller events run on limited slots with fixed venue bookings. Our refund policy is short and clear — please read before registering.

Scenario 01

If you cancel

No refund will be issued. Once you complete payment, the slot is reserved for you and removed from the pool. The entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-show or unavailability on event day.

Scenario 02

If ZenBaller cancels

You get a 100% refund. If we cancel the event for any reason — weather, venue issues, insufficient registrations, or operational problems — the full ₹200 is refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.

How refunds are processed (when applicable)

  • Refunds are issued only when ZenBaller cancels or reschedules an event.
  • Amount credited back to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking) used at checkout.
  • Processed within 5–7 working days of cancellation announcement.
  • Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect.

Failed or duplicate payments

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, or you are charged twice, email support@zenballer.in with your transaction ID and screenshot. Verified duplicate or failed charges are refunded within 7 working days — this is separate from cancellation policy.

How to raise a concern

Email support@zenballer.in with:

  • Registered full name
  • Registered WhatsApp number & email
  • Payment transaction ID
  • Reason for your request

We will confirm within 48 hours.
